  • Every Monday AND Friday for four consecutive weeks: $70/session ($560 total for 8 sessions)

Group Workshops

These sessions are designed to get you the instruction and guidance you need with loose leash walking and socialization. Our classes do not require a weekly commitment. We have our dogs divided into Levels and offer a monthly subscription program. Every one of our sessions is a stand alone workshop, so you can schedule when you like and advance at your own pace. Sessions are held on Wednesday evenings and during the day on weekends.

Private Training

Having the undivided attention of a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) can make all the difference in the world to those Sidekicks who have specific needs that can not be addressed in Group Workshops. It can also be helpful if you have a very busy schedule or just want to supplement what you are learning in the Group Workshops. We can accommodate serious behavior problems such as aggression and separation anxiety to manners tutoring sessions or anything in between. Think of it as choose your own adventure dog training.

Immersion Training

This program developed from our teams experience managing and facilitating a behavior and training department for a large animal welfare organization. We immerse a dog trainer into the dog's life instead of the other way around. The majority of serious behavior problems happen at or near the home. We found that it is drastically more effective to have a trainer come to the dog to work on the problems on a frequent basis. Depending on the severity of the issue the trainer could visit a couple times a week to a couple times a day. It works around the same principles as a "board to train" program, except that the dog gets to stay with their family, keeping their stress level normal and it is much more economical.

Group Walks and Hikes

There is no replacement for exercise. We work Group Walks into our monthly calendar to give our Sidekicks a great place to practice everything that they have been learning in the Group Workshops, Private Training, or Immersion sessions. The walks have taken on a life of their own and are frequented by our more social members as a way to get out and have fun with their Sidekick while connecting with like minded people.
